Can you combine Qigong with Yoga, Meditation, or other Practices?
This is a very common question people have when beginning Qigong. There can be a feeling that we have to only do Qigong, but the truth is we can combine diffrerent practices. The main idea is to not combine them at the same time. Perhaps exercise first, then practice Qigong, then meditate afterwards.
This kind of combination is very lovely and harmonious!
