Qigong With Intention is Deeply Healing

Here is a really simple and easy Qigong routine that is focused on practicing with intention.

Qigong is a blend of gentle movements, breathing, and intention.

Lightly and gracefully moving the body without intention is completely fine – but when we combine the practice with intention then we can experience a deeply healing state!

The beautiful thing is that our intention can be anything that we want!
It can be:

  • to heal
  • to relax body and mind
  • to create peacefulness within and around you
  • to harmonize relationships
  • to be creative, insightful, and wise

or to simply feel good! 🙂

Give this practice a try and let your authentic intention flow!

As you can see this is a simple practice and it can lead to profound results!

There are many ancient concepts, scientific studies, and new age philosophies that recognize the powerful effect of having a clear intention – for health and wellness, and life!

Intention + Qi and Energy + Action = Excellent results!
