With so much information, things to do, places to visit, and people to meet – it is easy to feel overwhelmed.

If we are a normal person living today, our senses are constantly stimulated. This can be a good thing, but it can also be harmful.

If start to feel:

  • as if there is too much sensory stimulation (sights, sounds, scents, etc.)
  • withdrawn because we feel as if we don’t have enough energy
  • burdened by people

… then we could be in a state of overwhelm. Fortunately, this simple routine can help!

This short Qigong routine is centered around an exercise called “Washing the Barrels.” It is such a nice, natural, and simple Qigong exercise – and it is easy to incorporate into everyday life.

Give this routine a try, breathe, allow yourself to come ‘back to yourself’ and I am sure you will feel more balanced after the practice!

If you are looking for other supportive practices you can try:

We also have our from “A to Z – Anxiety to Zen” series in the Communi-Qi
Or you can always explore the 30 Days of Qigong in the Communi Qi which will take you on a journey that will build and move your qi in all areas!

Breathe, give yourself some ‘space’ and let your Qi move smoothly!
