There are many reasons to practice Qigong. From low energy, burnout, stress, digestion problems, insomnia, and pain to headaches and migraines qigong can definitely help.
In this livestream I discuss the 3 main reasons you can be experiencing headaches and migraines. While it is often lumped together, it’s important to note that headaches are quite different from migraines. In TCM and qigong practice the root causes can be different. Either way, if you can identify that your headaches or migraines fall into 1 or more of the 3 types that I discuss you can definitely find some relief.
I am sure I have mentioned it before, but the key to making a qigong practice really work is consistency. If you can try to practice qigong everyday for 5-20 minutes I am sure you will notice some relief. Try some of the routines that are in the “blog” section, or join the Communi Qi to find a practice that will perfectly suit your constitution!
