Hello friends,
Since I began teaching Qigong over 15 years ago, I’ve witnessed some incredible transformations from people attending my classes. Qigong is a very personal practice and everyone responds a little differently. It’s your own journey! So, while I take no credit for their incredible results, I’d love to share some of my favourite stories of past students.
A few years ago, a woman came to my in-person class every single week, and it was amazing to see her persevere through each class as she struggled with balance and shaking. One day, I realized that I hadn’t seen her for a while when I spotted her at the back of the class. I realized immediately why I’d missed her – she wasn’t shaking! Her movements were smooth and her energy was peaceful. I rushed over to ask her what had happened, excited to hear about her health updates. Her reply? “What do you mean, I’ve been doing Qigong!” I was thrilled that her practice has eased her symptoms and given her some extra freedom in her daily life.
Another favourite memory was of was a lady who came to visit me at my acupuncture clinic for help with chronic anxiety. She felt as though she’d tried everything, and was on a lot of prescription medication to help her cope with the daily effects of her anxiety, including such a nervous stomach that she had to avoid many types of foods to avoid a flare up. I suggested that she try a daily 10 minute Qigong practice to help in between our acupuncture sessions. Just six weeks later, she arrived for her usual appointment bursting to tell me what a transformation she’d seen. Her digestive issues were gone, and she’d start to speak to her physician about lowering her medication.
The benefits of Qigong on the body, and the mind, are something that continues to inspire and motivate me to share this work with others.
I hope that by making Qigong a regular practice in your own life, you can experience the same feelings of vitality and ease!

Often we need to ‘modify’ exercises if a person has injuries or restrictions, but this style can be practiced by anyone at any age!
What "form" of Qigong is in the Communi-Qi?
There are many Qigong forms and exercises. Some practices are for martial arts, spiritual development, external healing, and for health promotion.
The routines in the Communi-Qi are focused on promoting physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
The practices are not based on one tradition, but rather several.
Jeff has studied under several influential Qigong practitioners, and Traditional Chinese Medicine doctors and presents a unique style that is both relaxing and energizing.
After you practice along with a few routines in the Communi-Qi, you will most likely feel refreshed and nourished in body and mind!
Will Qigong help with my condition?
You should always consult your Primary Care Provider for any health and medical related issues.
Qigong is based on the concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine and can help many conditions by encouraging the body to relax, breathe, and calm and clear the mind.
Is Qigong a religion?
This form of Qigong is not religious – in fact it is inclusive of all faiths and can be practiced by anyone.
Can you guarantee results?
No, we cannot guarantee health results.
The Qigong presented is for the purpose of general wellness only. Qigong is not a replacement for medical care from your doctor or primary care provider (PCP).
You should always consult your PCP before beginning Qigong or any other new exercise practice.
What we feel is, that if you practice regularly, you may begin to feel a “Flow State” which can promote a feeling of wellbeing and calm.
When you feel Flow, you feel good!
