What is Qigong for Vitality Membership?
Our communi-Qi membership is a paid monthly subscription which gives you exclusive access to:

How do I become a member?
Go to the “Member’s Area” page and click ‘Start Free Trial’ on the top right. You will be prompted to enter your name and payment information (If you are just giving us a try you will not be charged anything if you cancel within 7 days).
Only credit cards with the Visa, Mastercard or American Express logo are accepted.
Immediately after purchasing, a ‘watch now’ button appears which takes you to the ‘Qigong for Vitality Members Only’ site. Here you can access the full library of Qigong videos and the Member’s forum. You will be sent an email with a link to log in. You will then be logged in to the site and the website will remember you. Anytime you want to watch the videos, just go to the ‘Member’s Area’ page and you will be signed in automatically. You don’t need to sign out. The full routines are all there and ready for you to watch whenever you like!
How do I start the 7-day free trial?
Click “Start free trial” on the “Member’s Area” page. The 7-day-free trial will automatically convert to a monthly membership after the 7 days unless you choose to cancel before then. You also have the option to convert to a yearly membership if you prefer.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes. There is no contract and you are free to cancel at anytime. It’s easy to do. Once you’re in the membership site, click on the top right-hand corner of the screen where you see a smiley face icon (settings). Go to the ‘purchases’ tab and cancel at anytime.
What forms of payment are accepted?
*Only credit cards with the Visa, Mastercard or American express logo are accepted. Payment will be processed after the 7 day free trial unless you cancel before then. If your payment was declined, please check the expiry date on your card and ensure that is has the Visa, Mastercard or American Express logo on it. If you have any questions about payment methods, please contact our technical support here.
Can I watch the videos from my smart phone?
Yes! You can watch all Qigong videos on your iPhone, or Android smartphone. You can also stream videos from your phone to your smart TV using Apple TV, Chromecast, and other smart devices. (Here is a link with instructions on how to connect to different devices).
Can I watch from a different computer or my tablet?
Yes, definitely! When you access the “Member’s Area” from a different computer or device you will be prompted to ‘sign in’. It will ask for your email address and then email you the link to enter the site from this computer/device as well.
Can I ask Jeff questions?
Yes, please do! There is a ‘Member’s Only’ forum where you can ask Jeff questions and connect with other members as well. While he cannot offer medical advice, he can direct you towards Qigong practices that may be beneficial. He loves hearing from Communi-Qi members. Ask away!
How much does it cost?
The cost is $21.99 (USD) a month including applicable taxes. This is less than the cost of one drop-in class and you get access to ALL our Qigong routines! No commute required and you can practice anytime from the comfort of home!
There is also the option to purchase a yearly membership at $219.99 (USD) including applicable taxes for one full year. We are now offering a 7 Day Free Trial. Try us out, cancel within 7 days if it’s not for you!
What is VHX/Vimeo?
VHX/Vimeo is the video distribution platform that powers our membership site and videos. It has secure payment processing and you can access the videos anytime. See all content instantly.
Don’t worry there is even a “help” section for any technical questions you may have. You can also ask questions in the Member’s Forum or email us directly.
What if I have a health condition?
The movements are gentle on the body but if you have a medical condition or any concerns, consult your doctor before starting Qigong or any other new exercise routine.
Can multiple people use a Communi Qi membership?
The Communi Qi membership is intended for one person, or one household. We understand that people in the same household may share a membership and that is fine. We ask that you don’t share your membership with multple people.
If you would like to have a membership for a group, your community, or organization please contact us for special arrangements.
