Here is an easy qi gong exercise called Embracing the Ball.
There are many different qi gong exercises, perhaps even thousands! They all can be helpful for stress, anxiety, tension, sore muscles, headaches, migraines, and all sorts of aches and pains.
This easy qigong exercise you can do anywhere you have room to stand up and move your arms around you.
It can help with:
-stress, anxiety, depression
-tight neck, shoulders, jaw, and upper back muscles
-tightness in the chest, and throat
-feeling as if your mind is very busy
It helps:
-circulate lung, and heart qi
-reminds you to breathe deeply and naturally!
Practice this for 3-5 minutes, just repeating the movement until you feel like it is “flowing.” I was perhaps practicing a little fast in this video so it is a bit better to slow down and move with your breath.
