Sometimes we need some “gentle reminders” as to why we should be practicing Qigong. Maybe we need to be motivated, or perhaps we just need to clearly commit to finding vitality through Qigong practice.
At times we need some “inspiration” to practice Qigong. This means that we don’t really want to practice, but we will if we have a little motivation.
Ideally, we want to feel a sense of commitment. We know that Qigong practice is good for us, benefits our body and mind, and fills us with happiness – so we commit to a regular practice.
This is an ideal state to be it 🙂
