Simple 5 Minute Qigong Routine For Healing and Calm
More than ever, we need to preserve and maintain our peaceful, calm, and clear mind! We can do this in a variety of ways – meditation, yoga, therapy, journalling, etc and Qigong!
Qigong practice is very helpful to:
🪷 Release excessive tension from the body and muscles
🌿 Practice breathing, which helps release stress
🌷 Move stagnant Qi – which occurs from excessive emotions
🌞 Feel calm and peaceful
The nice thing is that we can accomplish this with even one exercise – such as the one in the video!
The key is to practice with intention, come back to the Present moment, and simply allow yourself to find your state of Calm!
